it's the metre rule resistance thing,
something similar to the last practical practice we had.
but, the question is so different.

omg. what the hell.
it's wasting time.
i don't know what the hell is it with the clip.
it keeps loosening and the alkali keeps leaking into the acid.
alright.
let's revise.
when methyl orange is added into acid [pipetted into conical flask],
it turns the solution RED.
when methyl orange is added into alkali [by right it shouldn't happen],
it turns the solution YELLOW.
the best colour when the amount of alkali just neutralises the acid should be pinkish orange!
lol.
well.
the first try was accurate.
the second try was too.
however the burette decided to play with me on the LAST try.

the burette must have ganged up with that clip to give me a bad reading so that
i have to restart everything.
that clip was not tight and the alkali keep on leaking into the conical flask with dyed red acid.
omg.
and suddenly the whole solution turns yellow without my notice.
dangs.
i thought i was the only one.
wenlin yongzhi christine and jerome also had the same thing happening.

omg.
it turned so. reative.
effervescene was seen and the whole soln was like, erupting.
lol. i, holding the testtube holder can even feel that vibration.
hmmm. is this exothermic or endothermic? haha.
and they called us to test for gas.
there was like, so many types of tests? lemme count.
glowing splint, lighted splint, red litmus, blue litmus and limewater.
hmm. 5 tests. and i did all five.
lol.
in the end, only red litmus turned blue.
i thought it was bleached. lol. luckily i repeated some of the tests again :x
and out of a sudden, the whole bubbling erupting soln S suddenly blew up and spurts out!
LOL. and it scalded my poor innocent hand.
